Why am I seeing this popup? Do I have to update my account to log in?
Yes, but just this once. This update improves the security of our site and enables you to use one username and password for all of your Mercedes-Benz online accounts: MBFS.com, MBUSA.com and Mercedes me.
I havenot received any emails after my initial login update. What should I do?
When you update your login, you'll receive two emails. The first is just a validation of your email address. If you don't receive this email shortly, click the link to resend. Note that if you do resend, only the link from the newest email will work.
The second email, from our parent company Daimler AG, is to set up your password. If you don't see this email, check your spam folder. If you already have a Mercedes-Benz account (from MBUSA.com or Mercedes me), you will not receive this email. You can simply log in.
To complete your login update, click the "Forgot username or password" link in the pop-up, and follow the on-screen instructions. We'll ask for some basic information to help us find your contract. Then you'll be able to create your new login.
