Why am I seeing this popup? Do I have to update my account to log in?
Yes, but just this once. This update improves the security of our site and enables you to use one username and password for all of your Mercedes-Benz online accounts: MBFS.com, MBUSA.com and Mercedes me.

How many times do I have to do this?
If you are the primary account holder, you'll only have to update your login once, even if you have multiple accounts of the same type (personal, business or employee).

I havenot received any emails after my initial login update. What should I do?
When you update your login, you'll receive two emails. The first is just a validation of your email address. If you don't receive this email shortly, click the link to resend. Note that if you do resend, only the link from the newest email will work.

The second email, from our parent company Daimler AG, is to set up your password. If you don't see this email, check your spam folder. If you already have a Mercedes-Benz account (from MBUSA.com or Mercedes me), you will not receive this email. You can simply log in.

Who can I call if I need help?
For help, call our Customer Service Center at (800) 654-6222. They're available Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. ET, and Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. ET.

If I use Mercedes me, do I still need to update my login?
If you have a Mercedes me account, simply enter the same email address in the first step. Once we confirm your information, we can link your MBFS and Mercedes me accounts.

I already did this for the My MBFS app. Do I need to do it again?
If you already did this, click on the link at the bottom of the prompt that says, "Already did this? Log In." This will let you enter your email and password to log in.

If I have an account on MBUSA.com, can I use the same login credentials?
Yes. Please provide the same email address in the first step. Once we confirm your information, we can link your MBFS and MBUSA accounts.

How do I know that I've completed the process?
Once completed, you will be logged in and able to see your account dashboard.

If I don't go through this process, what will happen?
You'll be unable to access your account dashboard, and if the window to update your login expires, you will have to re-register.

What if I forgot my old username or password?
To complete your login update, click the "Forgot username or password" link in the pop-up, and follow the on-screen instructions. We'll ask for some basic information to help us find your contract. Then you'll be able to create your new login.

I already registered using my email address. How is this different?
Since our system has changed, you still need to go through the update process. However, you can use the same email address and password as before.

Didn't I migrate with Mercedes me a while back? Why do I need to do this again?
MBFS is moving to the same universal login system as Mercedes me, so yes you may have done a similar update before. Moving forward, you will be able to use the same login for both platforms.

What if I use a different email than my Mercedes me or MBUSA email?
You can still log in using the email address that you entered for each platform. However, your usernames will not be consistent across all sites, so it's a little more information to remember.
